Piccolo Post Rosat need to be little weak and maybe closer to Goku SSJ Half Power at Korin. 3. Mr Satan 3 and Farmier 5 ? :)) This is awseome :)) 4. Majin Vegeta and SSJ2 Goku > Enarged SSJ2 Gohan. 5. Vegeta SSJ2 PreMajin > SPC and maybe cloaser with Gohan SSJ2 Kid. 6. Dabura > SSJ2 Saiyaman. 7. SSJ Gotenks Pre >> Goku SSJ3 8. Base Gotenks Post > SSJ gotenks Pre. 9. I guess Kibitoshin is too strong , him don't have Rival Boost. 10. Vegetto is too powerfull , Base vegetto < Buuhan.

Piccolo should be around 100% Frieza or even SSJ Goku ( Namek ), SSJ Trunks ( First arrival in past ) Android 19,20 are way to low. Shouldnt Imperfect Cell be above Android 17 and 18 ? Vegeta SSJ after Rosat is way to high. I dont see him beating Android 16,17,18, without ASSJ or beeing so close to Semi perfect Cell. Gap between Trunks and Vegeta first time Rosat shouldnt be so big. Maybe like gap in Cell games. Mr. Satan is way to low. Goku SSJ2 and Majin Vegeta SSJ2 should be higher than SSJ2 Kid Gohan ( enraged ) Kids after Rosat should probably be above SSJ Gohan ( Boo saga ) SSJ3 Gotenks little above Super boo. Vegetto way to high. Kibito kai way to high.

If you think Gohan was MSSJ against Dabra, then Dabra shouldn't be that much stronger than Gohan, else wise Dabra wouldn't have had trouble with Gohan at all.
